Watching a panorama gives me the feeling of being "part of the scenery". This art form fits well with the way we see things with the human eye. The process of planning, photographing and editing towards the panoramic end result has become my favorite way of photographic expression.

These prints are produced to the highest archival standards and can last upwards of 150 years if cared for properly.
Oxford County, Ontario in autumn. I pass this location on a very regular base, but it was during the 2016 fall that I thought: "I better caption this". It were the fall colors of the trees in combination with the different colors in the foreground that caught my eye, and later in the afternoon I shot the images for this panorama.

The reason I created this image in a winter setting as well has everything to do with an idea that came up after the fall version was released. I decided to make a series of this location with an image created in every season. As you will understand, Spring and Summer are still in the planning mode.

Toronto, ON offers a beautiful skyline that can be captured every moment of the day, but in this case I am pleased with the late afternoon light. In order to create this image I first had to get to Toronto Islands. The ferry took me there in approx. 15 minutes and another 15 minutes, walking, go me to my location.
After the image was finished, I made a test print on metallic photo paper, and was that ever gorgeous. Mounted on dibond and covered with an acrylic front plate would make this an incredible art piece for years to enjoy.
